Olympic Physicians Opens New Clinic:
Olympic Physicians has opened the new clinic at 219 Professional Way in the Professional Way complex.  All providers will be located in two adjacent buildings at 221 and 237 Professional Way effective July 20, 2009.  Olympic Physicians closed the office at 1930 N 13th Street effective July 17, 2009.  All providers are located in the complex of buildings on Professional Way by the Medicine Shoppe.  Both offices may be reached by calling (360) 426-2500.

Olympic Physicians has two locations to serve you:
Hours - Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Closed 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. and all major holidays.

    Asking a billing question.     We accept most local health plans and HMO's. We have an experienced staff available to answer your insurance questions. Please be aware that some insurance companies pay the full amount for office visits and others have deductibles for co-pays or percentage allowances. Patients have the ultimate responsibility for payment and those payments are due on the day of service. If you need assistance with your bill, you may qualify for help from our office. Please contact the billing office at 426-2500.

    Medications and refills.

    When you need a refill, please call your pharmacy 72 hours (three days) before needing your prescription. This gives the pharmacy enough time to contact us if they need further information or authorization.

 

  • After hours.

    In case of an after-hour emergency, an "on call physician" is available to answer your questions. Olympic Physicians share night and weekend call with local internists and family physicians. You may reach the on call physician after hours by calling our answering service at (360) 786-8204 ~ seven days a week, 24 hours a day. If your your emergency is life-threatening, please call 9-1-1.
